Tiffany Brittain

Tiffany Brittain, PMP, has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 2002, they served as the Assistant Director at the Art and Culture Center/Hollywood, where they developed growth strategies and managed program initiatives. In 2008, they became the Executive Director at the Dance Institute of Washington, overseeing strategic planning, operations, and financial management. Tiffany then transitioned to the Design Management Group as the Business Manager, responsible for operational and financial aspects of the firm. In 2015, Tiffany joined Avex Homes as the Director of Operations before returning to the Design Management Group as the Managing Director, leading project teams in large-scale commercial projects. In 2018, they became a Senior Project Manager at Apple Federal Credit Union, specializing in managing project plans and implementing process improvements. Following their role at Apple, Tiffany worked as a Senior Project Manager at MVB Bank, managing cross-functional teams and optimizing processes. In 2022, they were promoted to the VP, Chief of Staff role, where they assisted in evaluating mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. Tiffany's most recent role is the SVP, Strategy and Operations at MVB Bank, where they align the bank's strategic goals with operational functions and drives organizational success through change management facilitation. Tiffany Brittain, PMP, holds a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Colorado Boulder. Tiffany also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland. Furthermore, Tiffany has pursued studies in Project Management at the University of Central Florida. In addition to their educational background, they have obtained various certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute and Smartsheet Product Certified User from Smartsheet.
