Aina Nirina RANAIVOARIVONY currently serves as a senior confirmed trainer in customer relationship management at VIVETIC since January 2024, focusing on the deployment of initial training in both outbound and inbound calls, email processing, client procedures, product knowledge, and analytical tools, as well as overseeing agents in mentoring roles and preparing training reports. In addition, Aina has held the position of confirmed commercial trainer and coach at Telma Madagascar since 2022. Previous roles include training manager at Axian University, professional trainer at CONNECETEO, teleoperator, and trainer in safety and health, as well as emergency preparedness at SAMADA-SA from March 2012 to September 2015.
