Erin Spana

Erin Spana has extensive experience in talent management and human resources, currently serving as a Talent Strategy Program Manager at MVP Health Care since June 2015, where previous roles included Talent Development & Engagement Lead, Talent Engagement Lead, and Employee Relations Representative. Prior to MVP Health Care, Erin worked at Another Step, Inc. as a Human Resources professional and Medicaid Service Coordinator from February 2010 to May 2015, and at North East Westchester Special Recreation, Inc. as a Recreation Therapist from June 2000 to October 2009. Erin holds a Master's degree in Public Administration with a focus on Health Administration from Long Island University and a Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy from St. Thomas Aquinas College.
