Leah Thompson is an experienced Senior Underwriter at MVP Health Care, having held the position since August 2009 and previously serving as a Group Underwriter. Leah has successfully restructured complex actuarial processes, developed innovative tracking systems, and fostered strong relationships between Sales and Underwriting. Leah's expertise includes evaluating demographic and industry factors for large group rate quotes across multiple states, maintaining a significant retrospective account, and leading educational seminars for Sales. Prior to MVP Health Care, Leah worked as a Financial Consultant at AXA Advisors, focusing on client relationship building and financial product sales. Leah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University at Buffalo.
