Zach Nowicki Cppm

Zach Nowicki, CPPM, has extensive work experience in operations and logistics management. Zach has served as the Director of Operations at MVP since 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Director of Operations at Breakthru Beverage Group from 2022 to 2023, and the position of Director of Operations from 2020 to 2022. Zach also worked as an Operations Manager at Bernick's in 2019 and as a Senior Logistics Manager at CEVA Logistics from 2018 to 2019. Zach has a background in the beverage industry, having worked as the Senior Operations Manager at Stone Brewing from 2016 to 2018 and as the Maui Operations Manager from 2014 to 2016. Prior to their career in operations, Zach took a break to travel the world for two years and gained valuable skills and experiences. Zach also has previous experience at Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. where they worked as a Distribution Manager, Distribution/Merchandising Supervisor, and Account Manager from 2004 to 2012.

Zach Nowicki, CPPM, holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, which they earned between 1998 and 2003. In 2017, they completed a certificate program in Critical Thinking at the Harvard Business School of San Diego.

In addition to their formal education, Zach has obtained several certifications. Zach holds a Certified Professional Project Manager (CPPM) certification from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business, which they obtained in June 2023. Zach also has a Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) certification from the same institution, obtained in November 2019. Additionally, they are a Certified Beer Server through the Cicerone® Certification Program, achieved in June 2014. Furthermore, they completed a course on Inspiring Leadership through Emotional Intelligence on Coursera in December 2013.
