Nikos Kotsakis

Nikos Kotsakis has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of UX design and service design. Nikos co-founded "notallbad" in 2016, where they led the business and UX design and aimed to provide multilevel support to companies and projects. Nikos also worked as an Accredited Practitioner - Senior UX Consultant at "UX24/7" starting in 2022. In 2021, they served as a Domain Expert and Design-Ops Consultant at "MVP Match" and co-founded "MyID" as the Experience Lead. In 2020, Nikos worked as a Chapter Co-organizer at "This is HCD - The Human Centered Design Network" and as a UX & Service Design Mentor at the "Interaction Design Foundation (IDF)". Nikos joined "Publicis Sapient" in 2021 as a Research & Experience Lead, where they led research efforts for an industrial knowledge platform. Also, they had worked at "Vodafone" as a UX Lead for the V-App from 2017 to 2018, leading a team of designers and collaborating with stakeholders. Nikos's experience also includes being a Design Mentor at "CODE University of Applied Sciences" in 2017 and serving as a Senior UX Designer - Information Architect at "Momedica GmbH" from 2014 to 2017. Overall, they have demonstrated their expertise in UX design, service design, and mentoring, working with various companies and organizations.

Nikos Kotsakis has a diverse education history. In 2005, they attended AKTO and obtained a Dip.H. E.Borderline First class degree in Graphic Design, which they completed in 2008. Later, from 2005 to 2010, they studied at Middlesex University and graduated with a BA First Class Honours degree in Visual Communication & Graphic Design. In 2011, they attended the Hasso Plattner Institute for a Design Thinking Bootcamp.

In 2022, Nikos Kotsakis started pursuing a Master of Science degree in Psychology at Arden University, which they are expected to finish in 2025. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications to further enhance their professional skills. In September 2022, they became an Usability247 Accredited Practitioner through UX24/7. In November 2020, they completed a specialization in UX Management, Research & Interaction Design from Nielsen Norman Group, known as UXMC. Finally, Nikos Kotsakis obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in November 2021.
