Vicki Allen

Vicki Allen has been working in the field of operations for over 16 years. Vicki began their career in 2005 as a Project Manager and Operations at RHT Design & Construction, where they managed operations and finances of the business and provided leadership and direction to a team of 5. In 2014, they became the Business Operations Manager at Group One Investments, where they managed investor relations, human resources, back-end hotel operations, financial record keeping and communications, and tax preparation. In 2018, Vicki moved to Natinsky Group as a Property Manager/Business Operations, where they provided operational efficiency specializing in managing and maintaining residential and commercial properties. In 2019, they became the Director of Operations at Source One Staffing, Inc., where they were responsible for the operational efficiency of a well-established temporary labor company with more than 500 employees. In 2021, Vicki began their current role as Director of Operations at MVP Staffing.

Vicki Allen attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they received a B.A. degree. Vicki then attended Loyola University Chicago, where they received an MSW in Social Work.
