Aaron M. Elking

Aaron Elking, a shareholder in the firm’s St. Louis office, has been practicing law since 2011. He focuses his practice on representing insurance carriers, employers, and third-party administrators in the defense of workers’ compensation claims in Missouri and Illinois. Before joining MVP in December of 2012, Mr. Elking practiced in the areas of civil litigation, real estate and foreclosures, and sports and entertainment.

Mr. Elking actively works with employers and insurance companies to defend their interests. He prides himself on his responsiveness and communication with clients so they are fully aware of their litigation goals and plan. Mr. Elking conducts trials before the Illinois and Missouri Divisions of Workers’ Compensation and argues cases before the Missouri Labor and Industrial Relations Commission, the Missouri Court of Appeals Eastern District, the Illinois Workers Compensation Commission, and the Illinois Circuit Court.

Mr. Elking enjoys speaking on workers’ compensation issues and presents frequently at numerous educational seminars for attorneys, insurance companies, nurse case managers, human resource specialists and employers in several states. He has given topical presentations to Missouri Employers Mutual, CCMSI Insurance, PMA Insurance and other organizations.

Mr. Elking resides in St. Louis city with his wife, Andrea, and their dog Bradford. He enjoys everything about sports and is on a mission to find the best bacon cheeseburger in America.
