Danielle R. Farha

Danielle Farha is an associate attorney at McAnany, Van Cleave & Phillips. She has been practicing for three years and has worked for MVP for her entire legal career. Ms. Farha represents self-insured employers, third-party administrators and insurance carriers in the defense of workers’ compensation claims in Iowa, Kansas and Missouri.

Ms. Farha has successfully litigated and mediated claims in Iowa, Kansas and Missouri. She has prevailed in both oral arguments and written briefs before the Kansas court of Appeals. Ms. Farha routinely speaks to employers, insurance carriers and attorneys in the workers’ compensation field, providing updates on case law and claim handling techniques. Before joining MVP, Ms. Farha served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable John W. Lungstrum at the United States District Court for the District of Kansas.

Ms. Farha enjoys spending time with family, playing sand volleyball and watching Jayhawk basketball.
