Gabriel J. Greenbaum

Gabriel Greenbaum is an associate at McAnany, Van Cleave & Phillips. He has been practicing with MVP since graduating from law school in 2019 and is a member of the firm’s business litigation & transactions and civil litigation & insurance defense groups.

Gabriel represents clients in a variety of areas, including civil litigation relating to tort claims, insurance claims, and contractual disputes. In addition to his civil litigation practice, Gabriel counsels parties involved in business transactions, creditors, including banks and other financial institutions, and parties engaged in various commercial matters.

Before joining MVP, Gabriel obtained his undergraduate degree in Finance from Baker University, where he graduated cum laude and was a captain of the baseball team. Gabriel obtained his J.D. from the Washburn University School of Law, where he graduated with Dean’s Honors and a certificate with distinction in Business and Transactional Law. While at Washburn Law, Gabriel participated in the Washburn Law Journal. In his first year on the Journal, Gabriel’s Note was selected for publication, and he served as Articles Editor in his second year on the Journal. In addition to the Journal,Gabriel participated in the Civil Litigation Clinic at Washburn. Gabriel also received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in International Business Transactions.

Gabriel currently lives in Mission, Kansas. He enjoys spending his free time with his family and friends. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys watching the Jayhawks, the Royals, and Manchester United. Gabriel also enjoys other hobbies, such as working out, golfing, playing softball and soccer, and other outdoor activities.
