Gregory T. Cook

Mr. Cook is a shareholder in the Firm’s St. Louis office and is the Firm’s tort/casualty practice group leader. He has practiced his entire career with MVP.

Mr. Cook’s practice focuses on defending clients in a variety of federal and state civil litigation, including complex litigation, commercial vehicle accidents, and wrongful death claims. Mr. Cook provides counsel to clients regarding general tort claims, including defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence, and product liability claims. Additionally, Mr. Cook assists clients in pursuing and defending claims of subrogation and contractual indemnity claims.

Mr. Cook is a graduate of the Litigation Management Institute and has been designated a Certified Litigation Management Professional (CLMP). He regularly presents to clients on all aspects of claims handling and litigation management issues from pre-suit handling of claims to discussions regarding mediation and negotiation techniques.

Mr. Cook and his wife, Elizabeth, live in Webster Groves, Missouri. They are active in their church and in the community of Webster Groves. They spend much of their free time with their three children. Although they now consider themselves St. Louisans, they are still passionate Indiana University basketball fans and watch the Hoosiers at every opportunity.
