Shelley A. Wilson

Shelley Wilson is a shareholder in the St. Louis office of MVP Law. She has been practicing law for the past 20 years in both Missouri and Illinois.

Shelley defends all types of workers’ compensation claims, ranging from soft tissue injuries to permanent total disability cases. She has tried and argued cases before the Missouri Division of Workers’ Compensation, the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission, the Missouri Court of Appeals, the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission, and the Illinois Court of Appeals.

Ms. Wilson is a regular featured speaker on topics related to Missouri and Illinois workers’ compensation law. She frequently counsels employers, human resource representatives, safety coordinators, and insurance carriers on the effective prevention and handling of work injuries and reducing the costs associated with workplace accidents.

Shelley is a volunteer for various cancer research organizations. She is an avid Fighting Illini fan and enjoys watching her sons play baseball and basketball.
