Dhinesh R has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Dhinesh started their career in 2010 at Tata Consultancy Services, where they worked as an IT Analyst until 2014. Dhinesh then joined Microsoft as a Program Manager Intern in 2015, where they contributed to the development and release of mobile applications. In 2016, Dhinesh worked as a Product Analyst at Babajob.com, where they were responsible for handling analytics and configuring BI tools.

In 2017, Dhinesh joined both Akasa Labs and IBM. At Akasa Labs, they worked as an Analyst for a year, and at IBM, they were a Technical Sales Specialist. At IBM, Dhinesh had a client-facing role where they assisted large enterprise clients in their digital transformation journey and designed cognitive solutions using IBM Systems Portfolio.

In 2022, Dhinesh joined MVPRockets as a Senior Product Manager, and in 2023, they transitioned to the role of Associate Director of Products. Dhinesh is currently holding this position and is also associated with Napses Technologies as their Associate Director of Products.
