Robert Pierson

Robert Pierson has extensive experience in the transportation industry. Robert began their career at Covenant Transport in 2011, where they served as the Director of Capacity Development until 2014. Robert then moved on to Bennett International Group, LLC., where they held the position of Vice President of Recruiting, overseeing driver recruitment efforts for multiple entities within the group. In 2018, Pierson joined Hub Group as Vice President of Driver Recruiting, leading a department of recruiters and managers to drive fleet capacity development. Robert transitioned to Brown Trucking Company in 2019 as Vice President of Capacity Development. Currently, Pierson is serving as the Vice President of Driver Recruiting at Mesilla Valley Transportation.

Robert Pierson attended Fort Lupton High School from 1997 to 2000. After graduating from high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at the University of Northern Colorado from 2000 to 2004.
