Benny Byers

As General Superintendent, Benny oversees quality control program and supervises the field operation of multiple projects. Benny ensures construction activities are conducted with the proper means and methods in accordance with the plans and specifications for each project. Benny supervises the project superintendents and trade foremen, assists with the preparation of the project schedule, monitors construction activities and implements appropriate plans to maintain each project’s schedule.
