Adnan Merchant

Adnan Merchant is a legal professional with extensive experience in various sectors. As the Co-founder and Managing Partner of MW Law since July 2017, Adnan Merchant focuses on real estate private equity, offering innovative flat-fee representation for private investment deals. Prior to this role, Adnan Merchant co-founded FinTech Austin, a prominent entrepreneurship meetup organization, and served as General Counsel for The Merchant Group of Companies. Adnan Merchant's early legal experiences include externships with the U.S. Department of Justice and legal clerk positions at The Silvera Firm and Collin County District Attorney's Office. Adnan Merchant holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Texas Tech University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government and History from Austin College.
