Chad Watters

Chad Watters is an experienced product manager and lighting consultant with a strong background in lighting controls and specifications. Currently serving as the Product Manager for Lighting Controls at mwConnect since September 2022, Chad has previously held key positions such as Product Manager for Lighting at Hunter Industries and Owner of Licoda, a lighting consultancy. Prior roles include Specification Sales at San Diego Lighting Associates and SCI Lighting Solutions, Regional Sales Manager at ERCO and LightWild, and adjunct instructor at San Diego Mesa College. Chad's academic qualifications include a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Architectural Engineering from Penn State University, complemented by studies at the University of Leeds.
