Valencia Ernstzen

Valencia Ernstzen has extensive experience in internal communications and employee experience management, currently at MWEB since July 2006, where responsibilities include managing the Employee Wellness Programme, overseeing employment equity reporting, preparing HR budgets, and implementing policies related to absenteeism and sick leave. Valencia previously held positions at 3M South Africa as a Branch Manager, managing stationery budgets and customer relations, and at Oceana Group Limited as an Office Manager, focusing on corporate social investment and HR support. Valencia began a Bachelor of Business Administration degree at Chartall Business College in 2023 and also holds a qualification in HR Management from Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
