Ayoub Antabeel, PE, CCM, is an accomplished Area Manager and Senior Construction Manager at MWH since August 2021, leading projects in the NorCal and Greater Sacramento Area, including major initiatives like the $2 billion Biosolids Digester Facilities Project.
