Lorna Williams is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in people development and customer service. Currently serving as the People Development & Engagement Lead at MWH Treatment since April 2019, Lorna has also held the role of Learning Associate at British Gas since June 2015, where responsibilities include facilitating employee learning journeys and delivering comprehensive induction programs.
