Tony Sixsmith Ceng Micheme

Tony Sixsmith CEng MIChemE is an experienced Integration Manager at MWH Treatment since April 2015, overseeing major projects from design to commissioning, ensuring that new assets integrate seamlessly into existing client processes. Prior experience includes serving as Business Change Manager at Severn Trent Water, where responsibilities encompassed leading a team of six sigma green belt trained project managers, managing a £115M opex budget, and directing two major change programs focused on Lean and Continuous Improvement. Additionally, as Regional Manager, Tony led a 115-member team responsible for operating and maintaining Water Treatment assets in the East Midlands, managing an opex budget of approximately £24M. Tony holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Swansea University and has a foundational education from Lancaster Royal Grammar School.
