Erica Billado

Erica B. has over a decade of experience in accounts receivable management and client services. Currently serving as the Account Receivable Manager at MWI Animal Health since March 2011, Erica has held various roles including Accounts Receivable Supervisor and Accounts Receivable Trainer & Project Coordinator. Prior experience includes work as a Front Desk/Client Services Coordinator at Capitol Business Centres from February 2010 to January 2011, where exceptional customer service was provided across a multi-line phone system. Erica began a career in administration at Restore Vision Centers from June 2004 to January 2009, performing various accounting functions and resolving billing issues. Erica holds a degree in Health Service Administration from the American Institute of Health and Technology, completed in 2004.
