Rodolfo Silva Guimarães, PMP®, has over 18 years of experience in the engineering and project management sectors, predominantly at MWM Motores e Geradores since July 2005. As a Key Account Sales Engineer, Rodolfo manages and maximizes opportunities with key clients in the local diesel engine market and generator group for LATAM, while also developing new business prospects. Previous roles include Project Manager, overseeing product development and the integration of cross-functional teams, and Application Engineer, focusing on testing and validating diesel engine applications. Rodolfo's earlier career includes positions in electrical project engineering and electronic technical support. Rodolfo holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Executive Business Management from FGV and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics and Automation Engineering from Universidade Paulista.
