Radosław Bartnicki

Tomasz Rados serves as a Financial Officer at the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) since January 2024. Previously, Rados held the position of Financial Correspondent / Project Assistant at the European Commission from February 2022 to January 2024, contributing to the Directorate-General for Structural Reform Support. Additionally, Rados was actively involved as a Member of the Stakeholder's Council at the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies at Uniwersytet Warszawski from December 2020 to December 2023. Rados's earlier experience includes roles at the European Defence Agency, the European External Action Service, and various positions within the European Commission, along with initial work at the Ministry of Economy and Labour. Rados obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Warsaw from 1998 to 2003.
