Ali Kirk

Ali Kirk is the Manager of Internal Communications at MX. Prior to this, they were the Communications Manager at Vivint Smart Home, where they coordinated all strategic initiatives across over 3,000 national and international employees, managed all executive messaging and distribution, and partnerships with internal and external partners to increase brand awareness and company storytelling. Before Vivint, Kirk was the Marketing Communications Manager at Engodo, a startup company, where they built the marketing strategy to create brand awareness and client satisfaction, wrote and distributed all C-level communication internally and externally, conducted all media and public relations for corporate events and activities, led all company special projects including designing and launching the company website, and wrote and managed the company communication strategy and brand guidelines. Kirk has a proven track record in their field and is an expert in graphic design, video/photography projects, and telling company stories by converting data and objectives into organized, simplified messaging.

Ali Kirk holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Brigham Young University and an Associate of Arts from Green River College.

Ali Kirk reports to Heather Luczak, Director of People Development. They work with Torre Slaeker - Learning Experience Designer, Hailey Parke - Sr. Employee Experience Partner.
