Jessica Kendall

Jessica Kendall has over 15 years of experience in communications and content management, currently serving as Senior Director of Content and External Communications at MX since January 2022. Prior roles include Director of Content at USAA from July 2015 to January 2022, and Senior Account Supervisor at Edelman from February 2007 to July 2015. Jessica also held positions as Account Manager at The Bernard Group, Media Relations Intern at IBM, Corporate Communications Intern at Convio, and News Department Intern at KUT Radio. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from The University of Texas at Austin, completed in 2006.
