Previously, Kate held roles such as Lead Events Coordinator at the Ballard Center for Social Impact, where coordination of large-scale events was key, and as a Client Operations Specialist at PayLogics, focusing on client satisfaction for high-profile accounts. Educational background includes an Associate's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Brigham Young University - Hawaii and a Bachelor's degree in Experience Design Management from the Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business. Additionally, Kate has gained experience through internships and positions that involved research, marketing strategy, and communication both in English and Spanish.
