MT Talbot possesses extensive experience in business operations and financial management across multiple prominent companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Operations and Program Management at MX since January 2023, MT previously held various leadership roles at PayPal, including Chief of Staff and Head of Business Operations for Site Reliability and Cloud Engineering, as well as Senior Manager positions in Finance and Business Operations. Prior to that, MT worked at eBay in several managerial roles related to finance and business analytics. MT's early career included a role as Lead Financial Analyst at Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company. MT is pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance at Santa Clara University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Statistics from the University of California, Davis.
