Don Goedde

Don Goedde is an experienced professional in procurement and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Procurement for Manufacturing at MX Holdings since October 2025. Previous roles include Senior Purchasing Manager for CAPEX at The J.M. Smucker Company, and Operations Consultant in Manufacturing and Chemical industries. With over 30 years in the consumer products sector, Don has expertise in Lean Manufacturing and has successfully implemented strategies for efficiency and cost improvements. At Energizer, Don held several key positions, including Senior Staff Project Manager, Global Purchasing Manager, and Plant Manager, where projects included the implementation of the world's first alkaline battery made from recycled materials. Don holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University.
