Currently serving as Vice President, Consulting and Search Services for MXA Talent Solutions' U.S. operations, Michael focuses on building optimal talent attraction models through large-scale talent consulting engagements. By leveraging deep expertise across recruiting, HR technology solutions, process design, executive search, staff augmentation, talent management, recruitment marketing, AI optimization, and data analytics. Additional experience includes directorships at Chicago Public Schools and Sears Holdings Corporation. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Texas at Arlington.
