Kymberly Wehrle, MBA

Kymberly Wehrle, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kymberly is currently working at MxD since 2015, where they previously held positions such as Operations Manager and Contracts and Procurement Manager. In their current role as Director of Engagement/Operations, they are responsible for managing and driving select projects critical to the organization's growth and developing retention strategies for the Institute's ecosystem. Kymberly also created a pilot program to scale advanced manufacturing capabilities. Prior to this, they worked at Northrop Grumman Corporation as a Senior Contract Administrator, handling contract negotiation and administration for a portfolio valued at $936M. Kymberly also worked as a Contract Administrator and Configuration Analyst at the company. Before that, they gained experience at JPMorgan Chase as an Assistant Branch Manager.

Kymberly Wehrle, MBA has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from DePaul University's Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business. Kymberly completed their MBA from 2012 to 2014, specializing in Leadership & Change Management. Before pursuing their MBA, Kymberly obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance with a focus on Organizational Leadership from Illinois State University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, they have also earned the certification of Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in May 2020.
