Director of Marketing Operations at My Alarm Center

Diana Price has over 15 years of work experience in the marketing and sales industry. Diana began their career in 2004 as a Lead Sales Representative at Verizon. In 2007, they joined My Alarm Center a Partner of Alert 360 as a Marketing Specialist. In this role, they launched a new customer acquisition program that resulted in over 2k additional qualified leads and $432k in added annual revenue. Diana then progressed to Marketing Operations Manager where they managed the technical and programmatic aspects of the marketing systems for four brands and revamped the customer retention program. Later, they were promoted to Director of Marketing Operations where they spearheaded organizational rebranding initiatives after the merger of My Alarm Center and Alert 360. Diana also provided daily leadership and strategic guidance for a 7-member team and supported contract negotiations that are projected to yield over $5 million in cost savings/avoidances over the next ten years. Prior to this, they worked as a Technical Support Supervisor at LivSecure where they provided daily leadership and strategic guidance for a 70+ call center associates and created distinctive operating procedures for managing unique accounts such as HOAs.

Diana Price holds an Associate's degree in Business from Lackawanna College.
