Kimberly Adams

Kimberly Adams has worked in various roles since 1994. Her first job was as a Customer Service - Air Freight at Priority Air Express from 1994 to 2002. During this time, they were responsible for the East Coast and all other areas when needed, tracked and traced shipments through Airlines and Freight Forwarders, and worked closely with Pharmaceutical Representatives and Freight Forwarders to set up delivery appointments. From 2002 to 2012, they worked at The International Group, Inc. as both an Inside Sales - Distribution and an Inside Sales Support. In their role as an Inside Sales - Distribution, they were responsible for handling over 200 customers from start to finish, including pricing, quotes, order entry and technical assistance. Kimberly also worked with sales representatives in the US and Canada, and worked closely with customer service to implement new sales procedures. As an Inside Sales Support, they expanded sales territory by establishing potential clients through Internet leads and calls, and efficiently handled all customer requests for order entry, credits/debits, returns, pricing and product selection and forecasting/inventory. Kimberly also coordinated and implemented new division within the company to help increase customer sales. Since 2012, they have been a Sales Consultant at My Alarm Center.

Kimberly Adams attended Delaware County Community College from 1985 to 1986, where they studied Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Kimberly then attended Kutztown University of Pennsylvania from 1986 to 1987, where they studied Early Childhood Education and Teaching.
