Keith Hilliard

Keith Hilliard began their career in 2008 as an Accounting Intern at the Visiting Nurse Association of Greater Philadelphia (VNA). Two years later, in 2010, they became a Staff Accountant at The Salvation Army. In 2012, they joined Randstad as a Senior Account Analyst, managing a $7M account portfolio and streamlining automated and manual processes. In 2017, they were an Account Representative and Consultant at Bradley-Morris, Inc., a military-focused recruiting firm. Most recently, in 2019, they became an Enterprise Sales Associate at My Ally, an AI-powered solution for automating the scheduling and coordination of candidate interviews.

Keith Hilliard has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Clayton State University, which they earned between 2012 and 2016, with a major in Business Administration and Management, General. Keith also holds a B.S from Norfolk State University, which they earned between 2005 and 2009, with a major in Accounting.
