My Black Dog is a peer to peer online support service and charity for people struggling with their mental health. All of our volunteers have experienced their own battles with mental health and can have an honest conversation with you about what you are going through. We are online every day and can be reached via the chat function on our website. When you don't know who to talk to, talk to someone who gets it.
