Damian Rasmussen is a highly experienced professional in biomedical engineering, currently serving as the Lead BMET at CHI St. Joseph College Station Hospital and the CHI St. Joseph Regional Healthcare Market since 1999. Responsible for managing all aspects of medical equipment across various facilities, Damian has also implemented and managed the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) at College Station Medical Center while overseeing other imaging archiving systems. Previous experience includes a role as a Biomedical Engineer at CHS from 2008 to 2016. Damian holds an Associate of Applied Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Texas State Technical College Waco and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Biology from Sam Houston State University, along with initial studies at Texas Lutheran University.
