Currently serving as a Commercial Payment Solutions Consultant at New Mexico Bank & Trust since February 2017, Colleen specializes in relationship building, needs-based assessment, and customer satisfaction with card products and electronic payment solutions. Prior to this role, Colleen held positions at First National Rio Grande as a Treasury Management Banker, where responsibilities included assessing client needs and sourcing leads for Treasury Management services, and at BBVA Compass in Commercial Banking, focusing on loan processing and compliance. Earlier experience includes roles at Bank of Albuquerque and Bank of America, where Colleen supported commercial clients and managed cash vault operations, respectively.
