Pragyan Patel has extensive experience in both retail pharmacy and software engineering. Since July 2016, Pragyan has been working at My Chemist in a retail pharmacy role, where responsibilities include providing customer service and managing pharmaceutical products. Prior to that, from April 2013 to May 2015, Pragyan served as an Associate Software Engineer at CGI, contributing technical expertise and support in software development projects.
