Damien J West

Damien J West has over two decades of sales experience, beginning with their role as Managing Director, Co-Founder and Head of Commercial Sales & Partnerships at Western Bloc in 2005. In 2013, they became a Licensed Sales Agent at McGrath Estate Agents. In 2020, they assumed the role of Head of Commercial at ZERO by My Childe, a multi-faceted role encompassing commercial sales, strategic partnerships and product innovation. Damien J also serves as Head of Innovation for My Childe 0-3 Plastic Free, which seeks to eliminate plastic from a child's first three years by replacing existing plastic products with plant-based substitutes.

Damien J West attended the Sydney Institute of Technology Design Centre from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained an Advanced Diploma in Product Design. In 2005, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) from the National Art School.
