Abigail Smith

Abigail Smith has extensive experience in care management and social services, currently serving as a Care Manager at My Choice Wisconsin since August 2022. In this role, Abigail conducts comprehensive assessments, develops member-centered care plans, and coordinates necessary services to support member outcomes. Previously, Abigail worked as the Women’s Independence Program Coordinator at The Cathedral Center, Inc., where responsibilities included curriculum development and data analysis. Additional roles include Project SEARCH Skills Trainer and Job Coach at Goodwill Industries, as well as customer service positions at Bath & Body Works and Aeropostale. Abigail holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Social Services from Wisconsin Lutheran College.
