Diana Bittner

Diana joined My Community Dental Centers in 2017 as the Director of Compliance and In-House Counsel. In these roles, she is responsible for ensuring MCDC is compliant with federal and state regulations, internal policies and procedures, and ethical codes. She also coordinates or handles legal matters on behalf of the organization. Diana received her B.A. (Political Science) and J.D. (Law) degrees from the University of Toledo. After graduation from law school, Diana opened and operated her own general law practice for 19 years.

Diana has coordinated training and continuing education seminars, volunteered for various committees and activities in service to the community, and worked as a certified mediator and Guardian ad Litem. She has a commitment to, and understanding of the needs of, the underserved. Prior to joining MCDC, Diana also was an adjunct faculty member at Owens Community College in Toledo for 17 years. She taught English, Career Assessment, and Mathematics. In addition, she worked in new student orientation and advising; and served as a small-group and one-on-one tutor.
