Darnell Sylvain

Darnell Sylvain is a software engineer at My Emissions. Darnell previously worked as a YSYS Tech Scholar from February 2020 to September 2020, where they were selected as one of 10 individuals to receive the first-ever YSYS Tech Career Scholarship in partnership with Jolt and The Mayor of London. Darnell also worked as a customer advisor at B&Q from November 2015 to August 2016, where they were responsible for creating uniquely coloured paints for customers spanning a range of 200 colours.

Darnell Sylvain has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brunel University London. Before that, they attended Highams Park Sixth Form and Leytonstone Secondary School. Darnell achieved 11 GCSE's A*-C, including A in Mathematics and Chemistry.

They are on a team with Tommaso Moro - Software Engineer, Veronica Nacci - Data r=Researcher. Their manager is Nathan Bottomley, Co-Founder / Tech.
