Simon Day

Simon Day is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently, Simon serves as Co-Founder at The Cultured Collective and Wholesome Heroes, focusing on high-quality fermented foods and all-natural plant-based products, respectively. As an Angel Investor, Simon supports various innovative food brands, including Yummo's, THE PACK, My Emissions, Citizens of Soil, Bold Bean Co, and NICE. Previously, Simon was pivotal in the development of the plant-based brand Squeaky Bean and served as UK Marketing Partner for Vivera, leading the UK’s fastest growing meat-free brand. Simon also created the unearthed brand, recognized for its chilled European food offerings. Education includes a BSc in Management Sciences from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School.
