Eilan Azulay

Eilan Azulay is an experienced factory and operations manager with a robust background in the food manufacturing industry. Currently serving as Factory Manager at MY-Fab since September 2022, Eilan previously held the position of Site Manager and Engineering & Facility Manager at The Bread Factory from September 2017 to September 2022. Prior to that, Eilan was Operations Manager at Nina Bakery for one year and at The Bread Factory for eight years. Eilan began the professional journey as Managing Director at ABC Trade Ltd and served as CCU Manager at Malca-Amit Group of Companies. Eilan's educational qualifications include a Diploma in Workplace Health and Safety from The Open University, as well as various certifications in food safety and plant operations from recognized institutions.
