Anton Pocius

Anton Pocius is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in backend development and technology leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Backend Developer at MY.GAMES since April 2017, Anton specializes in backend architecture design, high-performance service implementation, and load testing system design. In a previous role as Backend Team Lead, Anton introduced CI/CD practices and coding standards while supporting a team of engineers. As Chief Technology Officer at IT Territory, Anton has led the adoption of DevOps practices and guided the introduction of new technologies. Previous positions include Senior Backend Developer at Mail.ru Group, contributing to the "Cloud Pirates" project and enhancing backend features for "Allods Online," and a Software Developer at Siemens IT Services, where Anton managed a backend subteam and developed numerous EDI converters. Anton holds a degree in software engineering from Voronezh State University.
