Ekaterina Panferova

Ekaterina Panferova has a diverse work experience spanning HR and recruitment roles in various industries. Ekaterina started their career as a Consultant at Squadra Forte, where they specialized in executive search and recruitment for heavy manufacturing, FMCG production, and pharmaceuticals. After working there for five years, they joined ESForce Holding as an HR Manager, where they played a key role in managing human resources for one of the world's largest esports organizations. Currently, they are a part of the MY.GAMES team, initially starting as a Recruiter and later being promoted to Lead Recruiter for Art & Game Design. Ekaterina'sexpertise in recruitment and HR make their a valuable asset to any organization.

From 2006 to 2011, Ekaterina Panferova studied at RSUH and obtained a degree in social psychology.
