Espi West

Espi West has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Sr. Director in Human Resources and Sr. Director of HR/Diversity and Inclusion at MHMR of Tarrant County since February 1989. In this role, Espi West develops and implements insurance benefits and wellness programs tailored to the diverse workforce of MHMR, while also providing leadership in the development of HR electronic processes and procedures to promote collaborative and inclusive support. Prior to this role, Espi West held the position of Director of Personnel Services at Hilton Hotels from January 1981 to February 1989, and worked as a Front Office Manager.
