James Melendy

James Melendy has extensive experience in real estate and business management. Currently serving as an Independent Real Estate Professional at Keller Williams Northeast Realty since May 2018, James also holds positions as a Licensed Real Estate Professional at both My Home Group and Keller Williams Realty, Inc., along with a Realtor title at Keller Williams Northeast Realty. Additionally, since January 2017, James has been the CEO of West Coast Discount, where responsibilities include crafting company direction and managing diverse staff. Prior to this, James was the CEO of J4 Media LLC from January 2012 to June 2017, also overseeing company operations and brand development. James earned a degree in Real Estate from the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business after graduating from Canoga Park High School.
