Alyza Grace Mijares

Alyza Grace Mijares is an accomplished occupational therapist with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as an Occupational Therapist at Select Rehabilitation since September 2023, Mijares previously held a similar role at My Left Foot Children's Therapy from May 2020 to September 2023. Mijares also completed Level II OT Fieldwork at Adventist Health Glendale in an acute care setting, specifically within a cardiac telemetry unit, and engaged in various Level I and Level II fieldwork experiences across multiple organizations, including Life's Toolbox and High Hopes Brain Injury Program. Academically, Mijares earned a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Stanbridge University (2017-2019) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Community Health and Preventive Medicine from the University of Nevada, Reno (2012-2016).
