Abegaile Joyce Buna Bantugan, RCh, CLSSBB has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Abegaile Joyce is currently the Director of Operations at My Mountain Mover since October 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Client Delivery & VA Operations in the same company from July 2022 to October 2022. Abegaile Joyce also held the position of Industry Manager Department Head from October 2021 to July 2022 and was an Industry Manager from July 2020 to October 2021 at My Mountain Mover.

Before joining My Mountain Mover, Abegaile worked as a Customer Care Administrator at Tro Pacific from April 2020 to September 2020. Additionally, they served as the Director of Business Development at Maximus Prime Marketing from September 2014 to April 2020. Abegaile Joyce also worked as the Head of Business Development at Isko & Iska from February 2014 to April 2020.

Abegaile has experience in the aviation industry, having worked as a Flight Attendant at SAUDIA AIRLINES from December 2014 to December 2017 and at Yemenia Airways from February 2009 to February 2013.

Abegaile Joyce Buna Bantugan, RCh, CLSSBB graduated from the University of the Philippines Diliman in 2006, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. Abegaile Joyce is also a Registered Chemist, having obtained certification from the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission in September 2006.

In addition to their academic achievements, Bantugan has obtained several certifications. Abegaile Joyce completed a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification program at the Six Sigma Academy Amsterdam in May 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from DivergenZ Training and Consulting in May 2021.

Bantugan has also pursued further professional development through various online courses and certifications. In 2020, they obtained certifications in Google Analytics, Digital Marketing, and Project Management. Abegaile Joyce completed Grow your Training Skills training from HubSpot Academy, Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from IAB Europe, and Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from the Management & Strategy Institute. Bantugan also obtained various Google certifications, including Advanced Google Analytics, Google Analytics for beginners, Google My Business Basics, and Google Analytics Individual Qualification.

Notably, Bantugan also holds a Flight Attendant License from the General Authority of Civil Aviation in Saudi Arabia, obtained in September 2015. Additionally, they hold a Flight Cabin Attendant's License from Yemenia Airways, obtained in September 2009.

Bantugan continues to enhance their skills and knowledge, as evidenced by their recent certifications in Data Storytelling and Data Visualization and Scrum Master PSM 1, which they obtained from Udemy in February 2023.
